Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are free of charge, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Customers are entitled to a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations made on the day of the excursion, or failure to attend the scheduled departure (no-show), are non-refundable.
Flight bookings are excluded from the standard excursion cancellation and refund policy.
Flight cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to the applicable airline's fare conditions and booking terms. Depending on the airline's conditions, cancellation charges may reach 100% of the flight booking amount, and the booking may be entirely non-refundable.
If Aghapy Egypt Tours cancels an excursion, customers will be offered a full refund of the amount paid for that excursion or the option to reschedule, subject to availability. Flight bookings remain subject to the airline's applicable conditions.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and the customer's bank.
By confirming a booking with Aghapy Egypt Tours, customers acknowledge and agree to these cancellation and refund terms.
