Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Aghapy Egypt Tours, we strive to provide the best experience for our customers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only after receiving full or partial payment through our secure payment gateway.

2. Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the service date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the service date are non-refundable.

3. No Show Policy

Failure to show up at the agreed time and location will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation by Company

Aghapy Egypt Tours reserves the right to cancel bookings due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Safety concerns

  • Government restrictions

  • Operational issues

In such cases, customers will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule the service

5. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

6. Amendments

Changes to bookings are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
